What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a second email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Are your products clean and vegan?

Yes! All INNBEAUTY Project products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without over 2,000 potentially harmful ingredients to ensure high-performance, clean results.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are working hard to bring our clean clinical skincare to international fans in the near future.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly to get them to you fast, we have a very short window for changes. Please email us immediately at support@innbeautyproject.com and we will do our best to assist.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are dermatologist-tested and designed to be effective yet gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before incorporating any new product into your routine.
